I love this place even tho been maybe 30 years since I last ate here. My dad, before he passed, would have breakfast here every Thursday and order the same thing - bacon, eggs, potatoes, and biscuits and gravy. In his memory I ordered that today and it was fantastic. First, the gravy, sausage bits, creamy, buttery, generously poured over fresh biscuits. Paired perfectly with two eggs over medium, cottage potatoes and bacon, not just any bacon but thick cut, applewood smoked bacon. Add a cup of coffee and call it a great meal for under $15. Yes, nostalgia probably added an extra star to the review but make no mistake, this place is legit. Add great service and warm hospitality and you've got the complete package.
